Ms. Brandt provides full-service representation to condominium and homeowners associations throughout Florida. She has a wealth of experience in lien foreclosure, covenant enforcement, and creditor’s rights. Other services include evictions, reviewing and amending governing documents, and providing day-to-day advice and counsel.

Ms. Brandt earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Political Science from Charleston Southern University in Charleston, South Carolina. Ms. Brandt worked as an accountant for several years before attending law school.
Ms. Brandt participated in the Claremont Institute Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence Constitutional Law Clinic at Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California. She filed an amicus curae brief on behalf of the Claremont Center with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in the case of Barnes-Wallace v. Boy Scouts of America, 275 F.Supp.2d 1259 (Cal. 2003). Ms. Brandt also worked as a Certified Law Clerk for the Orange County District Attorney. Under the supervision of Deputy District Attorneys, Ms. Brandt presented arguments in court on behalf of the People of the State of California. Ms. Brandt appeared on behalf of the People of the State of California in Orange County’s Drug Court, a diversion program for narcotics offenses, as a Certified Law Clerk.
The Early Days
Ms. Brandt worked as a Legal Policy Intern at the Center for Faith-Based and Community Initiatives of the United States Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C. She contributed to the final draft of 45 CFR Parts 74, 92, 96, and 87: Religious Organizations’ Participation in Department of Health and Human Services Programs; Equal Treatment of All Department of Health and Human Services Program Participants. Ms. Brandt’s legal career began in 2006 as a Trial Court Staff Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit in Sanford, Florida. She provided research and legal memoranda directly to four circuit civil judges. Ms. Brandt also drafted civil and criminal appellate opinions for the 18th Circuit and Seminole County in its appellate capacity.
Ms. Brandt worked for a large mortgage foreclosure firm in Tampa after transitioning into private practice. This gave her the experience she needed to join a boutique community association law firm in downtown Tampa, where she practiced for several years.

Manuel Lujan
Executive Assistant
Manuel, Allison’s Executive Assistant, supports the firm by drafting documents, handling electronic filings and uploads, and conducting occasional research.
He is a Law School Graduate and an English–Spanish Legal Translator based in Argentina. He received his education from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and studied at Columbia Law School as an exchange student.
In addition to English and Spanish, he is also fluent in Italian. In his free time, he enjoys reading and studying foreign languages.

She is a Community Associations Institute’s Suncoast Chapter member and has served as a panelist at the Legal Q&A breakfast in 2011, 2012, and 2018. Ms. Brandt is a member of the legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi. In addition, she belongs to the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association.
Ms. Brandt is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, and the Southern District of Florida of the United States District Court.
Ms. Brandt enjoys ice hockey, music, cooking, outdoor activities, and travel in her spare time.
